Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please email us at support@victorygoal.co.uk as soon as possible.

A: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with a delivery time of 2–4 business days.

Q: What is your order cut-off time?
A: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (London) will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Do you charge restocking fees?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
